Honey Mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa)

Growing Honey Mesquite from seed:

Honey Mesquite is easy to germinate from fresh seeds. In San Antonio Seed pods ripen around July-August. They turn a golden yellow and are dry to the touch. Seeds can be shelled from the seed pods and planted in our seedling mix. Seeds will germinate in about 5-7 days.
